1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing BIGREWARD, creating an account, starting an offer or requesting a reward, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About BIGREWARD

BIGREWARD is a product operated by Karvi Digital Solutions, a Micro Enterprise (Services) registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-AP-03-0128420. Business location: Tanuku, AP.

BIGREWARD connects eligible users with third-party campaigns and may award BR Coins for verified actions such as installing an app, registering, completing a survey, reaching an in-app milestone or making an eligible purchase. Karvi Digital Solutions operates BIGREWARD but normally does not own or control the advertiser’s app, website, goods or services.

Campaigns, eligibility, reward values, limits and availability may change or end. We will not retrospectively reduce a reward already validly earned and approved except where reversal, fraud, duplication, advertiser rejection or a technical error is established.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in India.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in account secure.
• Only one genuine account may be used per person unless BIGREWARD approves otherwise.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should report unauthorised use promptly.
• Campaign eligibility may depend on country, device, operating system, prior installation, demographic requirements or advertiser rules.

4. Offer completion and BR Coins

• Follow the instructions, time limits and eligibility conditions displayed before starting an offer.
• Use the BIGREWARD tracking link or QR journey. Actions completed outside the tracked journey may not be attributable.
• A displayed reward is pending until the advertiser’s postback and BIGREWARD validation are complete.
• BR Coins are platform reward units, not legal tender, deposits or transferable property. Their redemption value is the value displayed in your wallet at the time of an eligible request.
• Duplicate, reversed, cancelled, refunded, fabricated or otherwise invalid actions do not qualify.
• If tracking fails, you may submit a support ticket with truthful evidence. A screenshot alone does not guarantee approval.

5. Prohibited activity

You must not use bots, emulators, automation, VPNs or proxies intended to evade eligibility checks; create multiple or synthetic identities; manipulate device identifiers; falsify evidence; interfere with postbacks; exploit errors; resell accounts; or engage in unlawful, misleading or abusive conduct. Legitimate privacy tools are not prohibited by themselves, but an offer may be unavailable where location or device validation cannot be completed.

6. Reward requests and withdrawals

Redemption methods, minimum thresholds, conversion rates and processing estimates are shown in the wallet. A stated processing time such as 24 hours is an estimate, not a guarantee. Requests may be delayed for identity, fraud, technical, banking, UPI, provider or compliance checks. You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes applicable to your rewards.

We may reject or reverse a reward where the underlying conversion is rejected or reversed, the same action is credited twice, the account violates these Terms, or the credit resulted from an evident system error. We will retain an audit reason and provide a support channel for disputes.

7. Advertisers and third-party services

Third-party offers are governed by the advertiser’s own terms and privacy practices. BIGREWARD does not endorse every third-party claim and is not responsible for an advertiser’s independent service, content, availability or conduct. Please review the advertiser’s terms before sharing information, installing software or purchasing anything.

8. Intellectual property

BIGREWARD branding, platform design, text, software and original materials belong to Karvi Digital Solutions or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the platform lawfully. Third-party names and creatives belong to their respective owners.

9. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free tracking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIGREWARD is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Karvi Digital Solutions will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party offers, connectivity, device incompatibility or events outside reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by Indian law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, comply with law, address security risks or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. You may stop using BIGREWARD at any time and request account/data handling assistance through the Contact page.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise disputes through BIGREWARD support so we can investigate. Nothing restricts your right to approach a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or other statutory authority.
